We accept returns within 14 days after the order is shipped. For purchases for the month of December, the return period will be increased until after the day of Kings. In order to manage the return, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for the return. You will then be given a return code, along with instructions. To be eligible for such a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original container.
Once we have received and inspected it, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. It will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
The transport of the return is the responsibility of the client, except in the case of having received an erroneous or defective order, in which case we will take care of picking up the order. In the event that the order is rejected by the buyer, the order will be paid less the shipping costs back to our warehouse.
